After waiting at Kroger for an hour and 40 minutes, they still didn’t have my groceries shopped. They never let me know they were that far behind, not before I left to pick them up, not when I arrived and called to let them know I was there, not after I tried re-calling countless times to find out the status of the order. It took me going inside after 1 hour and 40 minutes to find out they had not even finished shopping all the orders for the hour before mine. Connie the gas station worker was rude and racially profiled me. I asked for a supervisor and after 10 minutes Brittany Bennett came telling me what happened from Connies point of view and wouldn’t let me get my side out. She was also very rude! Luckily there was a line of people who saw the incident and vouched for me. However this didn’t not stop Brittany from being rude and dismissing my concerns. She’s a terrible manager no wonder her employee acted as she did!
Slow service, terrible customer service and out of everything all the time management should be looked in to here it’s been terrible for months.

While I understand how busy Kroger was today during the holiday, and I can understand how frustrated all of their cashiers must be , there is no excuse for the absolutely poor customer service my cashier Valerie , could not even attempt to provide. Her attitude and demeanor towards not only me but the gentleman before me was deplorable. If I ever needed a reminder why Kroger is not my grocery store of choice, thank you Valerie for the reminder.
