Poor Customer Service. Needs more cashiers. If the store is about to close I should not be kicked out of the line and told the store is about to close it closes at 9. I'm trying to get out of here by 9. Why would you close down the cashiers 8 minutes before the store closes and have your customers get in longer lines to be there longer? Doesn't common sense tell you that if there are people in line and the store is closing you check them out so that everyone can go home? — at Kroger Marketplace.

Big box stores caving to gov't BS and forcing the very people that support your business to wear a mask. Won't shop with Kroger again. I don't care if it costs me twice as much, I'll shop with a smaller independent that respects Americans and their freedom of choice. Masks don't prevent one from getting a virus.
I would only give you 2.5 - 3 stars... Why well I just left your store. I had to pick up a persecution. Half of the employees working in the pharmacy where not wearing their mask correctly.. Wearing a mask below your nose is unacceptable./ Once I noticed this I started paying more attention to the Kroger employees I saw around the store... I witnessed someone being awful to cashier at the Kroger on Watson Blvd today. Customer was an older gentleman who had a cooler with his frozen and cold food in it. Understandable that he wanted his cold stuff back in the cooler but we all know that the cashier needs to send these items down the lower conveyer belt to be bagged. Cashier scanned his icecream and something else and dude went off!!! My other half calls me yesterday after leaving Kroger... i was livid. He'd gone to Kroger to pick up a few items... he took the kids with him... one is 7 and the other is 12 (and autistic). While at the self check out he was told by the clerk that only 1 person was allowed at the self check out lane at a time. Having been given no more info... he continued to check out.
