I am in line at the pharmacy been waiting 17 minutes with only two people ahead of me if your prescription is not ready ask them to step aside

I usually love this store but whomever is in charge of self checkout this morning needs to be checked. She was huffing and puffing and when I first went to start scanning she said no you can't use that side and then she treated me like I was stealing self because your self check outs were being faulty. I normally don't do self checkout if she is there because of her attitude but no lines were open which i understand since I went in early. I went to this store for the first time last night. They were out of a lot of items in their ad and not on the shelf. No one around the store to help. Horrible horrible store. I won’t go back. It might be big, but that’s it. Bigger is not always better.

Just spent an hour and 40 minutes waiting for my clicklist order. Got home and found I’m missing 9 items. Now I’m on hold with customer service already for 15 minutes. I could have done the shopping myself in this timeframe. Kroger, your sign says you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee!! I’m at 0%. So get started on that 100. This experience was pathetic. You obviously aren’t prepared to provide the service you offer.
