Horrible Horrible selection - Based on my list of 31 items - Kroger was OUT - LITERALLY OUT of 17 items. Unreal & disappointing - I’ve been shopping at Aldi’s as they are NEVER out of items & 60% cheaper. After today’s visit - I won’t be back. When Kroger don’t have it - Aldi’s does - No use in hitting up 2 Grocery stores = go to Aldi’s that has everything!
You've got to do better with your pick up. one hour waiting is too much. The young man that loaded our order was great. Get it together.
You need more people for the curbside service this is crazy all I see behind me are cars
This inside of this store is wonderful- but waiting almost an hour and a half AFTER my pick up time for my groceries in the pick up line with my one year old daughter is not ideal. There has to be a better way to get this done without people waiting this long.
Do NOT recommend for curbside pickup. *Update* After waiting 2-hours, only 3 of my items were available and the sales associate did not notify me. I didn’t find out until I got home. Unacceptable. While the location is great, I waited in line over 2-hours for curbside pickup. 2-hours! When I arrived there were over 30 cars in front of me for the 5pm-6pm time slot. It’s so stupid how gullible people believe in Covid and freak out and buy way more than they need. Unbelievable the rudeness people have. Evidently they’ve never been in a third world country. Unleash the rudeness. Unbelievable
Every Saturday morning there is only one cashier and the line goes down the aisle. It’s ridiculous. When I ask for another cashier all I get is “well I just came in.” Lame Kroger. Do better.
I’m about done with the click list at this place. 2 weeks in a row they didn’t put things in my order, granted I didn’t get charged, but if I ordered it I obviously wanted it! Today was my final straw.... I ordered 4 cucumbers and only got 1, our watermelon container was broken and juice went everywhere, and they gave me the smallest zucchini’s possible! I’m in a wheelchair and can’t shop alone, so this was an amazing option. I’m going to have to go elsewhere I guess.
Poor Customer Service. Needs more cashiers. If the store is about to close I should not be kicked out of the line and told the store is about to close it closes at 9. I'm trying to get out of here by 9. Why would you close down the cashiers 8 minutes before the store closes and have your customers get in longer lines to be there longer? Doesn't common sense tell you that if there are people in line and the store is closing you check them out so that everyone can go home? — at Kroger Marketplace.
