If I had the option of giving ZERO for this review I would definitely do it! KRJ Management, Inc. is the absolute worst! My poor mother has been having to deal with their poor customer service for quite some time now. She reported a water leak on the roof of her condo back in early December 2022 and to this day no repair has been completed. Communication is horrible! Terrible management company! The worst I've seen!
KRJ is a horrible management company. The owner and community manager, particularly Tori C., are incompetent, and in my opinion, are dishonest and untruthful. Their only interest is generating fees, not protecting the association’s assets or acting in the association’s best interest.
Our hoa is bully central. JDH Management here for several years. Extremely bad management. Then they merged with KRJ. Now it’s extremely worse than extremely bad management. Owner JDH pulls strings on hoa bully central. There hasn’t been an annual election in years because no quorum! An owner said KRJ is charging hundreds of dollars to provide bylaw required accounting documents. These people don’t deserve any stars! JDH and KRJ - run away if your hoa hires them.
Tina Miller of KRJ Management Company, is a very efficient manager in getting issues resolved once you bring it to her attention.... The secret is send her photos of the problem with a short narrative about it, and it will be taken care of, once the HOA has also been notified.... She is very professional, friendly and sincere in helping you any way that she can, AND, She knows the HOA BY-LAWS VERY WELL. Dilma Camarillo has been helpful and kind in my year and a half as an owner at The Woods on Augusta. She does seem to have a lot going on...she deserves a good assistant! Allyson L.
KRJ Management since it was taken over in 2018 has managed to destroy our property with ZERO maintenance. The streets and parking lots have holes, the parking structures are falling down, the lawn men are piling garbage up everywhere, and they are not fining anyone for anything anymore so the patios are piled with garbage, people are bbq-ing on their patios, the feral cats have more that quadrupled, the possum and rats are everywhere (because they don't fine people who are feeding feral cats). In reading some of these past reviews from years ago I am surprised to see the negativity toward this company and their personnel. I recently moved into my new home on Bering Drive and had a few occasions to deal with KRJ Management. Everyone that had answered the phone was extremely helpful in directing my calIs.
