Absolutely terrible experience. After many years at this practice (and have brought them so much business that he actually sent me a gift basket to thank me!), they have completely fallen apart since the father retired. Last basic cleaning, they gave me a severe infection (nothing like this has ever happened before) and then refused to even medicate me or help me. Love, love, love! Very professional and friendly staff. My husband, his son, and I, all go and see Dr Stroe. Dr Stroe and Cassie are great at what they do. Everyone always makes us feel welcomed. They are upfront about pricing(copays), and explain procedures throughly.
