Worst sub on our project – These guys did the hardwood floors on our home remodel. The work was decent overall, but there were several areas with gaps along the baseboards and edges. Also a couple discolorations that look terrible. We figured it was no big deal and they would fix it. After a couple of calls, a guy came out to look at the problem and then radio silence. After multiple phone calls went unanswered for a year, we hired another company to fix it. Wouldn't recommend these guys.

Everyone asks who did our wood floors! – After a couple months of research, we settled on Kristynik Hardwood to install our new hardwood flooring. We decided on hand distressed 4" hickory plank flooring, and we could not be happier. I cannot count the number of people who have been in our home and asked who did our floors. Eric, one of the owners, was very helpful and completely honest in terms of giving us his opinion on pros and cons of all of our choices. Good job, unreliable availability – This is a local business. Kristynik is about as knowledgeable as they get. He knows the wood floor business really well. What he does not know is customer service. It took them over 4 month to finish our floors. We kept getting 'appointments' and they would NOT show up or call to call, they "no-showed". Days later after the appointment we would call and no apologies only 'we're busy.' Do not recommend for reliability. Floors looked nice when finished but look elsewhere.
