Zero attention to detail. Impossible to communicate with receptionist or any staff regarding medication refills or anything for that matter. Had to urgently switch to another GP in order to stabilize my medication due to extreme lack of communication with this staff. It’s not fun ending up in the ER due to prior authorization taking over a month, if ever to complete for critical/lifelong medication you have been on for years. Do not seek medical attention here unless you want an extra headache.
Very compassionate, listens to you and comes up with something to help you. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
