Very professional and polite with great bedside manner. I went to see Kristy for my preop appointment for abdominal surgery. She greeted my husband and I with kindness and took into consideration our long drive from Northern California. I felt like she gave an honest and thorough explanation of my surgery and potential outcomes and realistic expectations.
