I can't believe how unprofessional and cold she is. She left me with a bleeding and opened wound for 20 minutes after the took the dressing off. I read the other her other patients experience and it mirrored mine. I thought I was the only one. She acted above everyone. Thank you to her assistant she was warm and professional seemingly excusing the np rudeness
My first visit was today. Unfortunately I had to drive a long way in crazy freeway traffic then go through maze of one way streets then at the end I had to pay for parking and walk quite a bit just to get the clinic.. this alone is making me think twice before returning. But doctor sang is worth it. She was professional understanding and honest. Kristy saw me one time, then I had a bleed out in the waiting room, had to go to my car to clean up. I then came back, waited and then just rescheduled. I have a horrible wound that she decided I should purchase my own bandages etc. Let's just say I confirmed my appointment scheduled for Monday and now at 7:17 pm Friday I get told Kristy thinks I am not a good fit.
