I was not due for an exam but was not told, instead I was charged for an exam and lens fitting ($55) that was not needed. This was extremely disappointing and wish that I would have been told that an exam was not required (unless I had concerns) in order to purchase more contact lens. Dr and staff were very pleasant.
Outstanding eye exam. Optometrist was very thorough, and explained the details/reasons for the various steps of the exam. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Dr. Bhend is amazingly THOROUGH!!! She spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect fit for my daughter's contacts. She took the time to discuss issues with her current contacts and how she could correct them. She's very calm and makes you feel at ease while she's doing the exam. She's upfront about pricing and gives you options. She wants the best care for your eyes and you can tell she loves what she does.
Very professional staff. Pleasant experience. Top notch optometrist.
