He listen, is very patient, thinks out of the box. My husband and I have done teleheath appoints since Covid.
Always has valuable input and suggestions for improvement. Dr. Olson is very easy to talk to and has made it clear that he is genuinely concerned with helping.
Love, love, love Dr. Olsen! His down to earth, straight forward approach have been just what our family needed! He's been great with our teenager! Highly recommend!
No plan of treatment. No real feedback or communication regarding child's progress or home ideas. Seemed to be biased. Dr. claimed to have no actual knowledge of the issues we were there for and never addressed them. Didn't see any actual benefits from this provider. He refused to see child during an emergency, refused to call back during an emergency. Office staff was not friendly. The entire experience with this office was detrimental to the situation.
