I went to this office for the first time on 4/20/2011 an never will be going again. I was going for discomfort with the skin over my wisdom tooth that has funny come in. the wisdom tooth is straight, no pain from the tooth, no cavities. The dental hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was professional and understanding to my worries of being in pain. I believe this dental practice is crooked. This is not an overstatement. My own personal experience is that a hygienist there essentially tricked me into having unnecessary xrays done. The hygienist told me that I would not be charged for the xrays. I asked her if she was sure, because if she wasnt, I would not get the xrays done (I had had the same xrays completed by another dentist within a couple years; my old xrays were still valid). well to me is that she is nice and respectful but she is lacking in the dental field. i had to go back to the dentist 4 times in order to get the couple of fillings they said i "had" to have and she messed up on them so i had to go back several times to get it messed with in order for them to get it in right. on top of that she doesnt take advice well. for example i told her my bottom teeth are very sensitive and need more than just the normal numbing shot and she didnt even care she just did it her way anyway throughout see... read more

How is it that 3 people are complaining here and 1 is so happy? Easy. The person was probably asked to write a review or they clearly have never had any work done here!I agree - Kapur is completely incompetent and unethical. I also have heard her unprofessional comments in front of clients. I cannot believe that she is allowed to practice. More and more people need to come forward with their stories about her - she does not deserve to paractice dental work.
