It's a great store! Lots of different Christmas items and some Halloween stuff.
We were visiting family here in Wisconsin and drove by the store a few times and decided we needed to go see this store. I mean it's a Christmas store opened in the middle of July! I will say my experience there was amazing! The staff was incredible helpful, friendly and great to talk with. We hadn't realized that it was passed closing time and when we did we felt awful but the staff was so kind and told us to just enjoy and keep looking. Purchased a music box in October. Shipped it in December. It shattered. It was the fault of my packing job or the post office, unsure. However I contacted Kristmas Kringle multiple times to see if they had the same music box so I could buy it again, and possibly have it shipped directly from their store. Never heard from them, despite multiple attempts at contact. Very disappointed in their very poor customer service.
I just went there for the first time yesterday and it was so much fun. It was so beautiful in there and just walking around is enough even if you don't buy anything but of course its fun to buy stuff too. It was just so peaceful walking thru there with the beautiful lights and displays and music playing. I didn't want to leave. And today I just want to be back there! I was visiting my dad and step mom and I'm from San Diego, CA, I absolutely fell in love with the Kristmas Kringle Shop. I've never seen anything like it before. There is so much to look at and the villages are incredible. Can't wait to go back when I go back!
