I saw her on the 1st of this month and let her know I was almost out of my prescriptions, she said she wanted to wait for my lab results to come back before filling my prescriptions, which is fine. But I got my lab results back the next day, no one ever called to discuss my results I read them myself on the portal. Very rude and horrible bedside manner. Kristle Cero at moore norman asked if i was pregnant, after a urine test, (she had the results in hand). I told her no, I wasn’t. I was at the end of my cycle. I told her I had a tubal ligation and was about to tell her I was at the end of my period; but be for I could she interrupted crossing her arms telling me I still could be pregnant….. found out I had a kidney infection. I waited for my appointment for 2 Months then was called 1 hour before and told CNP Cero would not see me and I need a real Doctor. This CNP wasted my time and a day off from work. Don't waste your time, make a appointment with a real Doctor. My prior CNP at NRH just quit. NRH just left me without a Primary Health Care when I depend on some Medications.
First PCP to actually listen to me in a long time.
