Dr. Uramoto and her staff provide excellent care. They are easy to contact and promptly respond to all questions and concerns.
Unprofessional, uncaring and arrogant. Went to see this physician when I was in severe pain. She made me wait for an hour while she "caught up" with my medical records and did paperwork. She did not apologize and was VERY rude. I have worked in the medical field for 30 years and have never met a physician as uncaring and arrogant. I want to share this as I want to spare others from her totally unprofessional behavior.
