Reliable psychiatrist who is really there for her patients
Dr. Marinelli is an incredible and compassionate person, and an excellent doctor. When no other psychiatrists were willing to work with me on my particularly difficult case of severe anxiety and depression, she worked with me and treated me like a human being and had a very open mind to my needs. She does not just throw the typical cocktail of drugs at you based on your condition, she treats each patient like an individual.
I went to Doctor Marinelli because my depression medication wasn't working great. She switched my meds as I expected but reduced the equivalent dosage greatly. 10 days later I was extremely depressed, more so than I have been in 12 years. I phoned her office in need of help. I was crying and on the verge of doing something crazy., I was only told to double the dose and keep appt 21 days from the time of the call. Doctor Marinelli is not concerned with her patients when they call out help.
She listens to and cares about her patients. I would not want to go to another doctor.
