I have been going to Dr Cunniff for years. She has always been through, kind and explained everything in great detail. She’s a 5 star doctor all day!
She is horrible at following up
I have to say she has a very efficient and friendly staff, I definitely do not agree with some of the brow comments. I must be missing something. Her front desk secretary always gets me in right away for appointments and as a whole their office is much smoother than the offices I have been to. Dr Cunniff is highly recommended!
Agree with the comments about the office staff. Nasty doesn't do it justice. For years they forgot or ignored requests to update my contact phone number then charged me for a missed visit. They sent a reminder to the wrong phone number. Now they are trying to collect on that. As for Dr. Cunniff and the nurse, they are awesome. It's too bad that the office staff leave such a horrible impression.
love dr cunniff and her staff, i recommend to everyone i know. she is kind and compassionate and her staff is always very pleasant
Meet with her once for a first physical. She seems very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. No complaints. Staff also very nice.
She is great. She says no one knows your body better then you so she listens when you think something might be off. She is brilliant and tries to understand the problem. Have been with her for years and plan to be for many more!
Scheduled for new patient, sick visit and assessed with viral infection. Symptoms included fatigue, cough, palpitations with long duration. No labs requested, suggested nyquil or similar products only. Ended up in the ER a few days later dehydrated with electrolyte imbalance.
I was going to see her as a first time patient. However I answered my phone just before walking in the door having a police officer tell me that my new neighbor is a level 3 sex offender so of course I wanted to hear everything he said. The secretary told me I was rude because I was on the phone. I told her I was sorry and told her what the call was about. As I was filling out paperwork the PO called me back. I was told that she spoke to the doctor and I was asked to leave. Really??
