Had made an appointment with her twice. Never saw her. I wanted wanted big mole removed from my buttock because it becomes irritated, as it in the way of my underwear line. I had to strip, two women came in hazmat suits, barely saying a word. They removed a couple of suspicious moles and a tiny skin tab. I asked again about my mole...Next time.. Tests revealed nothing. I went back, same thing. I asked about my mole. Told me 3 was the limit, come back. Condescending attitude/awful/rude

I have been seeing Dr Romine and her staff for 10 years. The practice has had to accommodate he changing face of medicine. She has another dr helping her and both are great . Also a PA can handle many of the procedures. I have had MOHs 3 times here and the results were excellent. One has on my face and you cannot see anything now 7 mos post procedure. About discussing the out of pocket for procedures .. Yes I agree they need to do this! I recently told her billing manager this!!

Prices not discussed for biopsies, etc. I got my bill and was shocked. Am still trying struggling to pay Dr. Romine. Did not get my questions answered, spent too much time with tech, only a few minutes with doctor.

Dr Romine only stepped in to introduce herself during initial visit...didn't even look at my daughters skin. PA was the one who diagnosed and treated. I made the appt to see Dr Romine, not her PA. I would think on an INITIAL visit she would be the one to see her patient. Very disappointed.

I was treated for Basil cell cancer by Dr. Romine on my initial visit. I have been back 5 times since then and only young interns have given me an exam. Given that I have had Cancer before, I would think Dr. Romine would follow up and take a look. My last visit I had a little redness near the location of my basil cell and one of her interns said it didn't look like cancer and just gave me a shot of nitrogen. Another Dermatologist looked at me and found the Cancer was back.

I was diagnosed with Melanoma by this office and had great care from start to finish. It can sometimes take awhile to get in but I feel like that is a sign that I found a great office! I would highly recommend to anyone!
