Never book an appointment with Kristina Downing. She had been, in my medical history, the most unreliable and rude doctor I’ve ever had to witness. She was very patient, showed empathy, staff professional, overall highly respected and recommended. Suppoted me through a tough time medically. Highly recommend her and the office to anyone.

This place is not good!!! No sympathy, no anything of the sort to help people feel a little better or even help. Downing completely ignored me.. My back is killing me. All she said was to "Stretch more." I've been stretching for a year now, and nothing is getting better... She also gave me the wrong prescription... I asked about why a certain area was hurting, She told me they were a tendons.. They are just tendons.. What the hell is that??? DO NOT COME HERE!!! DO NOT!!

Looking for a provider that is empathic during stressful medical times? Looking for a provider that remembers to "monitor" medical issues after saying "we will continue to monitor this moving forward"? RUN. As far as you can from KRISTINA DOWNING, FNP-C.
