She thinks outside of the box helping us get creative about loan ideas, and really went to bat for us when things got wonky during the sale, and got us what we wanted! This was my first time buying and it was a scary market to buy in, but Kristin was amazing and went above and beyond to guide my wife and I through the whole process.
