Kristen was very knowledgeable and compassionate. A very positive experience.
Kristin is, by far, the most incredible, caring, and compassionate doctor I have ever had in my 44 years of life. I have really never felt like any other doctor really cared about me as a person and just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. This was the complete opposite from what I experienced when in Krisin's office. This facility is new, so all of the equipment is state of the art and very clean. I have seen two different doctors here and had a great experience with both. I currently see Dr. Schuch as my primary caregiver, and she has been one of the best doctors I've had in my lifetime. I have found the staff friendly and helpful, and any tests I have needed on site happened very quickly.
She was nice during our appointment and she genuinely seemed like she wanted me to get the best care. Unfortunately, she was very misleading and she turned out to be a less than genuine (truthful) person. (And it's super weird that they have a huge office with like no docs, no nurses, no patients all the times that I've been. Its empty and eerie. But, after several visits I now know why.)
Kristin really cares about her patients. She takes the time to look at your symptoms and makes sure you feel in control the entire time. She's a very kind person. Would recommend to anyone.
