Kristin is always kind and caring and ready to listen. When I had issues, she went over and beyond. Everything that you want in a healthcare professional.
Not my match for a provider. I felt like she was a parent talking down to me like a child. Dismissed me and everything I said. It was a waste of time and effort. I was in a lot of pain and her approach made it worse. My children left the room with me with a crazy look on their face asking what her deal was. They had never seen someone do that to me. It could have just been me and a personality clash but I definitely wouldn't use her again.
Kristen Moffeit is very professional. Takes time to explain and made me feel comfortable. Also the nurse was very nice.
