Dr. Kelly is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! Also, great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.

call office a month ago about severe pain and didn't get a call back for 5 days. Yesterday I called and asked for follow up from an ER visit. I was told she was out for 2 days and to go back to ER. Unacceptable. I am going to another doctor.

My annual physical lasted for 15 minutes. Spent longer with the assistant.

Dr.Krisitin Kelly performed an outstanding and thorough annual examination for me. I am impressed with her compassionate and detailed focus on both my physical and mental health. Brilliant, concise and pointed questions were asked both about me and my parent's health. The doctor discussed my parents' maladies and my siblings' health which led to some pertinent facts I needed to consider for any underlying present or future illnesses. Be prepared for a long wait for your appointment...She will, without hesitation, refer you to specialist when not necessary...Very Nice Lady but over whelmed as a primary care physician.

I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Kelly. I appreciate the fact that she is willing to try and find out why you are having a problem and not just prescribing a pill to try and fix it.

I was Dr. Kelly’s patient for many years and had a strong relationship with her, treating my Type II Diabetes. My husband was her patient as well. After he had Pulmonary Emboli, I called her office to set up an appointment for my husband and was told he was no longer her patient. In my frustration, I expressed that, “if you can’t see my husband, I might not come back either.” Her front desk person replied, “that’s fine” and hung up on me. Total lack of communication and follow up. Absolutely terrible in trying to have a question answered as to whether or not a prescribed medication is appropriate. A simple yes or no would suffice but after more than I week the phone calls have not been returned. I also personally stopped by the office but have yet to hear back. By their vague and non-committal replies about when a patient can expect to be contacted, it is obvious that staff knows how poor Dr. Kelly's follow up is.

She was over an hour late to see me then completely rushed through my appt that was supposed to be my yearly physical! I forgot to ask about a refill on medication so I called left two messages for someone to get back to me. Doc called me herself and was far more interested in trying to prove that I was the screw up then trying to resolve outstanding issues. Thanks for your help and dedication to your patients Dr Kelly! First do no harm!
