Dr Kelly is very thorough and explains clearly what is needed to keep your healthcare up to date . She has great bedside manner and is easy to talk to I had issue with this medical facility , it’s so difficult to get an appointment and seriously shouldn’t take so long . When I’m ill or have a problem I don’t want to see some stranger at a med clinic who knows nothing about me .
Dr Kelly really listens to you and is thoughtful and professional in her responses. She is very thorough and genuinely cares about you
Dr. Kelly has been my primary care for several years. She is thorough, takes her time and is very pleasant.
That all changed when I stopped seeing Dr. D. Dr. Kelly wanted me to keep seeing Dr. D because she was afraid he would leave. Second, Dr. Kelly basically called me a liar. She asked me to ask a doctor if he could do the AIC test, which I did, n told her he said no. I asked the ARPN the next time I had an office visit, to write me a note to give to Dr. Kelly. She may understand medical treatments, but not patient care. Seemed very haphazard. Hours of wait for me and seeing several older people sitting and sitting for hours. Could even hear her making fun of patients in hallways behind the scenes.
I have been coming to Dr.Kelly for over five years. My last appointment was booked six months in advance .I waited over an hour and a half in exam room when I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be I was spoken to with a major attitude And told it could be up to an hour longer. Front desk was rude> ALWAYS wait over an hour to be seen and rarely can get an appointment. When I questioned Dr. She told me she is extremly stressed and every DR. in Vero Beach is leaving because of the people in Vero. She said if her patients cannot wait over an hour to see her then they can find another DR. and she stormed out of the room without ever seeing me. Dr Kelly is incredible! She is kind and compassionate, with excellent communication skills. She listens, is up to date on the latest treatment approaches, and always has an open mind. I love that she is so knowledgeable and makes sure I understand every step of my diagnosis and treatment. I always feel my concerns are heard and she takes her time with appointments. I Highly recommend this doctor!
Called to make a new patient appointment and they told me Dr. Kelly was booked till 1st of the year. They could get me in with the NP but it’d be in late October. Seriously I just got out of the hospital with pneumonia.
