I would NOT recommend Dr. Jones for prenatal care- ESPECIALLY if it’s your first pregnancy. Zero patient education provided (for something that can be scary and overwhelming), she’ll just tell you to look in an app instead of explain anything at any of your follow up appointments. We never felt like she actually listened to my concerns nor cared (told her multiple times about symptoms I was having and she would disregard and blow them off as nothing). Dr. Jones has been amazing! She helped me thru my menopause phase after 3 other doctors dismissed my symptoms and concerns. She has been very helpful!!
This provider has no respect or consideration for her patients’ time. I had a 7am appt with her, the first appointment of the day, and she comes casually strolling in 30 mins late. She did not apologize or explain why she had kept me waiting for 30 mins and to make it even worse she smelled like Starbucks. So basically she kept me waiting 30 mins so she could get her morning coffee. Unbelievably rude.
