Dr. Jones has been amazing! She helped me thru my menopause phase after 3 other doctors dismissed my symptoms and concerns. She has been very helpful!!
This provider has no respect or consideration for her patients’ time. I had a 7am appt with her, the first appointment of the day, and she comes casually strolling in 30 mins late. She did not apologize or explain why she had kept me waiting for 30 mins and to make it even worse she smelled like Starbucks. So basically she kept me waiting 30 mins so she could get her morning coffee. Unbelievably rude. Dr. Jones is the best. She was patient listened to my weird situation and had a strategic plan. Our plan eventually led to surgery. She is not only a great OBGYN she is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend her and her team.
