Very rude service, the owner is not someone you would want to meet. I feel bad for the Art Gallery next door. I can in looking at art and they were hanging art on the wall. The appraisal owner came over yelling at everyone who was seen in the room and complaining about the noise of banging. We were going to go to the appraiser afterwards, but not after that experience. I would never recommend going.
I have had to use this company twice now with my bank. The first time I was not impressed with her knowledge of the area in which I live. The second time I think she just got in wrong. I would not recommend, especially if getting an appraisal on the central coast.
