I have globe subluxation and need surgery, but this doctor refuses to do it. I wasted 6 weeks waiting to see her and I had to take medical leave because I couldn't see out of my eye for 2 of those weeks. Never had a chance to explain my situation in full. I love Dr. Tarbet and her team! They are always so patient with me when I ask questions. Her team is always smiling and helpful.
Very unprofessional, unethical and incompetent admin. I had cosmetic billing dispute because of their inefficiency and miscommunication. At the end I had to pay the full bill because of their fault. The treatment I received bella fill for my tiny chicken pox mark did not work either. But it is the failing to take responsibility of their incompetent admin and make customer pay for it is just wrong and unacceptable.
Matthew Gambone is a wonderful technician when under the direct supervision of a qualified physician. Sadly, the absence of simple honesty in him limits his ability to function on his own. I had a very sad consult. It provided no value to me.
