Update: Office has improved their office and patient portal. PA Harding has been taking care of my Mother-in-law (MIL)for several years. I take care of the business part of her healthcare. By all accounts PA Harding is an excellent caregiver and would give her 5 stars. However, the workings of the office leave much to be desired. No one ever answers the phone and the automated system often puts you in an endless loop. Over the years, prescriptions have always been a problem.
