Professional. Makes the best of each visit. An asset to this facility.
Kristin Grabill is an amazing PA!! I have been seeing her for several years. She always takes time to see how I am doing and explain things. She responds quickly to messages when I have a concern that arises. In a world where specialists seem to rush you in and out, Kristin genuinely cares about her patients. She is one in a million and I’m so thankful to have her as my PA.
She is the absolute best!!!!! She takes her time with you and you can tell she truly cares!!! No one like her. I am so picky with a Dr. She blows me away.
I schedule an appointment with this provider in September of 2021 for February. Two weeks before my appointment I was called by the office line and told she is now no longer taking new patients, but not to worry that I am only one of many that are getting this message after waiting months. I imagine she is good, but this is incredibly unprofessional. Now I am not only out a medical appointment, but am also 6 months behind in trying to find a new professional to accept me.
