This is a great agency I have been a customer of Kristin's for almost 10 years and fortunately I only had to call once to make a claim and when I did it was taken care of quickly and easily. I had the right coverage including rental car so I didn't have to worry about getting to work while my car was in the shop. I knew nothing about what coverages to select but, they educated me and then let me choose what is right for me. Very honest and no high pressure sales tactics. Great Agency.
The best agency I have ever dealt with. Linda who works for Kristen is excellent and always looking for the best way to maximize coverage and minimize payments. The whole office is friendly and professional. I currently have a couple of policies withthem and would go to them first for anything I would need in the future.
Kristin's last name is actually Brinkema. Kristin has handled our home and auto insurance. When I have requested a quote I generally have it back in a couple of hours. We have been fortunate to not need her services too often but when we had an accident last year the whole reimbursment process was very quick and without any hassles.
