Back in March of 2015, I called and booked an appointment for Dr. Kristin Bell at the 11521 FM 620 office of Cedar Park Physicians Associates. I choose her because of the good reviews I had read about her - provided by google, yelp and my own health insurance company. This rating reflects the way the office is run, not the service of the doctors. My family has encountered several issues with this office. My elderly mother is the patient. She no longer drives, and I take her on all errands. More than once she had an appointment set up, and the office called last minute to reschedule for other times that were not convenient to have the appointment changed to. Dr Kristen Ball has a wonderful complete approach to health !. She simply looks at the whole picture... not just the symptoms. This is what I had been looking for, for a long time. As I reached my 50th bday everything started changing out of control. I was loosing my hair, dealing with memory loss ,gaining weight, worst of all loosing my bladder control.
