I was traumatized by a Chiropractor who worked on my mom when I was a child, and refused to ever go, even though I had a massage therapist tell me my back needed more than what she could offer. I ended up giving Dr. Edwards a try and am so glad I did. She is warm and welcoming every time I see her. I still hate having my neck adjusted, becasue a childhood fear can really stick with you, but she is understanding of my hangup and puts me as at ease as I can be. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
