Dr. Kristie is my first chiropractor ever and didn't know what to expect. I did know that I had some major chronic pain issues with my knee and wrist from my workouts. She did start of by letting me know that she is not your typical "bone cracking" chiropractor. Kristie has been helping me with a right shoulder problem that has thrown my whole body out of alignment. As we work through each session, she explains to me how the muscles and tendons are reacting to one another to cause pain or discomfort. She anticipates where the toughest spots will be and works through the problems with me.
