Kristi was a hit or miss with a lot of items for our buying process. For a house that was supposed to be a “fast close”, it took nearly 10 weeks to get this house closed. Which does not seem like a long time, but this house was completely empty and “ready for move in” which on paper was not the case. She, along with our leading officer that she recommended, made our first house buying process a nightmare. Kristi is amazing 10 out of 10. I am “high maintenance” and hold very high expectations. Kristi not only met every expectation but exceeded them. I was so comfortable and confident in her I didn’t even think about the whole sale the whole time, she handled it like a boss!! They don’t make people like that anymore with that type of customer service, work ethic, and overall knowledge. Beyond impressed and closed my house in a month for more than I had asked!
