Very disappointed in the scheduling process. While I think Kristi is great, I have had a scheduled appointment for my son for a few months only to have them call a few days before school starts to tell me it has to be rescheduled because she doesn’t see teenagers on fridays. I was told by the person that called me that they have to regularly reschedule people that get misbooked because of this. So I asked why they didn’t actually fix the problem and prevent Friday bookings and she basically just shrugged her shoulders. I’m n... read more
