She performed my surgery to remove a tumor. From the very first meeting she was kind, relatable, incredibly informative, even had a handwritten piece of paper showing a side-by-side comparison of my options. She has been amazing and I couldn't ask for a better surgeon. 10/10 recommend!

Review for Dr. Kristen Williams at Baptist Health Paducah – July 7, 2025 I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit with Dr. Kristen Williams. From the beginning of the appointment, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Dr. Williams removed a bandage from my breast abruptly and without any warning, causing unnecessary pain. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July. During a very scary time, Dr Williams and her staff were incredibly kind. Surgery was my main defense and after consulting with Dr Williams and the plastic surgeon, Dr. Verbist, the plastic surgeon she referred me to, I considered all of my options and chose to have a double mastectomy. Dr. Williams performed a double mastectomy and emergency gallbladder surgery on me. She will also put in my port. I trust her with my care and life. She is a very good doctor. She is very nice as well.
