Review for Dr. Kristen Williams at Baptist Health Paducah – July 7, 2025 I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit with Dr. Kristen Williams. From the beginning of the appointment, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Dr. Williams removed a bandage from my breast abruptly and without any warning, causing unnecessary pain. My appointment is tomorrow but my daughter has seen Dr Williams and we both were impressed with her! She is so nice and caring!
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July. During a very scary time, Dr Williams and her staff were incredibly kind. Surgery was my main defense and after consulting with Dr Williams and the plastic surgeon, Dr. Verbist, the plastic surgeon she referred me to, I considered all of my options and chose to have a double mastectomy. Dr. Williams performed a double mastectomy and emergency gallbladder surgery on me. She will also put in my port. I trust her with my care and life. She is a very good doctor. She is very nice as well.
ZERO STARS!! Unbelievable! Seen her in Murray and she seemed very concerned about my recent CS. She said I had a gallbladder about to rupture and a few other concerns that needed immediate attention..Ordered a MRI to clear a spot on my liver..never heard another word from her. I had to make a appointment a month later to remind Murray Baptist Health I was still waiting.
