They had me scheduled for 12pm. A virtual schedule. The secretary was even talking to the person I was scheduled with. I waited for an hour. And when I was ready, at 12:01, they said Claudia is not available, she has a doctor’s appointment. They did not know that she’s not available at 11:50? Took my child here for her first ever counseling appointment this summer and walked OUT before the session was even finished. Clearly the counselor hadn't taken the time to read our paperwork before we arrived and she was terrible with kids. At one point she told my daughter that she would have to go to the emergency room if she couldn't calm down (which obv. terrified my kid because she is TEN.). So disappointed in our first counseling appointment and experience. The counselor we saw was absolutely terrible.
I don’t know why there’s bad reviews here? I know 4 others who have also had amazing experiences and 2 of those left therapy as a result of their healing. Good place lots of therapists to choose from
