Dr. Smith is very attentive, takes a holistic approach to providing service for children and wants what's best for them. She's very personable, she listens to your concerns and addresses each and every one of them to ensure the best outcome for your child. She is kind, genuine and follows up accordingly. I couldn't ask for anything more a pediatrician.
A decent pediatrician when she doesn't cancel. I set up my daughters HS physical in April. It's now September and this morning got the call they were canceling for the FOURTH time. I keep getting letters and emails from Joliet West that she will be unable to attend if we don't get the physical in by Oct 15. I'm switching primaries now but in the meantime I'll need to pay out of pocket to get her physical in on time. Shame on this office and the insurance companies for making this as difficult as possible.
Dr. Smith is wonderful! She was there when my som was born and continued to see her as his PCP. Years and years layer we are still with her. She doesn’t rush visits and sincerely tries to build a relationship with the family.
We met Dr Smith when we went in for a visit when our dr was unavailable. After our first visit we knew we wanted her as our primary pediatrician. I have 2 daughters who are very comfortable with her. She talks to us as parents. She follows up and truly cares about her patients. I wish we had her sooner! My girls are currently 12 and 15 years old. The were 33 and 27 week preemies also so I'm very protective. Dr smith is amazing and HIGHLY recommend!
Excellent patient engagement, respectful of time and overall great doctor. I was worried about my child and her illness and after the appointment felt that she was on the mend. Dr. Smith diagnosed the issue and illness was taken care off.
Dr. Smith is our pediatrician with all 4 of our kids. She has an amazing bed side manner. Always knowledgeable and concise. She is always willing to answer questions and she is encouraging when you feel unsure. Dr. Smith is very timely and responsive. The kids love her. We thoroughly trust her with their health and well being!
As a first time mom Dr. Smith is a godsend. She takes time to listen to all my questions, I never feel rushed and she has actually called me to follow up!! I really feel like she understands the stress and uncertainty of being a new mom. She has been a great help and I'm so happy she's my son's pediatrician!
Dr Smith is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! The kids loved her and made the whole experience (which can be daunting with a reluctant toddler) very relaxed and wonderful! I look forward to long lasting relationship with her with both of my children!
What a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith. My two daughters love going to her. She is very kind, thoughtful and thorough. She really cares about my girls and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new pediatrician.
