I was completely ignored by Dr Romo and her nurse after repeatedly requesting them to send my referrals to my insurance which is required for me to go see other providers/specialists. Also, doesn't seem capable of reading lab reports and have sufficient knowledge to perform the exams she claims is within her expertise

Dr. Romo is smart and a good listener. She solves problems.
Dr. Romo is the only Dr. that I have had that actually follows up with me with a phone call or a message. She truly cares about her patients and will look for every avenue to help you feel your best. Her care never stops when you leave your appointment. My husband and I feel well taken care of by Dr. Romo.
