Very responsive in getting needed information for a mutual patient. I appreciate how quickly they helped to address a patient’s problems :)
I was completely ignored by Dr Romo and her nurse after repeatedly requesting them to send my referrals to my insurance which is required for me to go see other providers/specialists. Also, doesn't seem capable of reading lab reports and have sufficient knowledge to perform the exams she claims is within her expertise
Very thorough. Excellent bedside manner!
Dr. Romo is smart and a good listener. She solves problems.
