The staff was upbeat, helpful and positive. Dr. Willett was professional, yet caring. I had a positive experience.
Very compassionate, caring, extremely warm to talk to. Very professional and listens to my concerns and complaints about my spine, etc. I trust Dr. Willett to lead and help me make decisions as to what is in my best interests. Dr. Willett will explain everything she will do during a procedure as well and will answer any question I have. Jennifer is awesome too. Sweet, delightful and super professional. She goes out of her way to make things easy for you. She is always thinking ahead. Both of them work well together and I am ... read more
Dr willet has always been concerned and compassionate about my problems
Dr. Willett was very professional, and answered all my questions I wanted to know of how the outcome would be when they finished the completed work for having the nerve endings that would be done toward the end. More important the procedure would normally take about three weeks to have another treatment done, but I am able to get this procedure done within a week after my follow up visit.
Staff is very efficient. Dr. Willett takes her time to listen and ask questions. She doesn’t make you feel as if you are just another senior citizen that should except pain as part of the aging process. She provides options for treatment and executes a treatment plan in a timely manner.
I felt seen, heard and unrushed. She was very warm, friendly and understanding. She offered an alternative method from other Drs I have seen and it seems to be helping.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Willett. I went to see her for lower back pain and mainly hip pain. She doesn’t normally deal with the hips but was very nice and still checked it out to see what she could do. They did an X-ray and has requested an MRI to see if it could possibly be a pinched nerve. She was very nice and listened and took her time.
Dr. Willett has done wonders for my back and I would highly recommend her on that basis alone. But she also helped save my life. She had me get an MRI to diagnose a herniated disc and when she reviewed the MRI she noticed an object that shouldn’t have been there. Dr. Willett immediately forwarded the scan to my family doctor which lead to surgery and removal of a malignant tumor. Thanks to Dr. Willett and the other doctors who cared for me I’m alive and writing this review two years later.
I gained very little information about the problem I sought the orthopedist's insight for and feel visiting this provider was a waste of time. I'm a Nurse Practitioner and value quality care and being informed about my health so I was disappointed with the complete lack of discussion about the problems I've been having. Instead, I was handed two blurry images of x-rays and a one-line diagnosis with no explanation, discussion of causes, or solutions even after insisting on receiving such information. Skip your visit and just ... read more
