Really impressed by Kristen's deep listening and quality of care. Also, truly appreciate the non-judgmental safe space she provides to be honest about concerns. I think she's awesome and I'm really glad I decided to establish with her as my primary care provider.
I would not even give her one star. I went to her for several visits. Gave her a list of symptoms each time, including, but not limited to, total exhaustion, nausea, dizziness, stomach bloating, my gut feeling as hard as a rock. I got diet advice and was told to exercise. At one appointment, I sat in waiting room for 45 minutes before they told me she wasn't coming in. I had ovarian cancer, with a 15-pound tumor the size of a watermelon.
