Absolute WORST office ever, I will never recommend this doctor to anyone in my life not even my worst enemy. Besides never getting an appointment or even a phone call with someone… 1. I had to refill a prescription, not a controlled substance, but something I need daily she wouldn’t refill it until I made an appointment, well I made one and it took 3 months for that appointment, I show up, they scheduled me with a nurse practitioner and then told me she can’t refill it I need to see the doctor. I have been with Dr Hagar for over 9 years. She truly cares and is an amazing doctor and human being
I was a patient of Dr.Hagar’s for many years. I had a terrible time getting appointments with her and was going through a health crisis. If she had taken the time to actually see me, perhaps my conditions would have been treated earlier. I have been diagnosed with many chronic conditions. It’s a shame because she was nice and caring when I saw her. There needs to be a better balance between doctors who teach and also practice medicine. Patients need to be the priority.
