First visit to this office. Her nurse was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The doctor put you at ease. Gave me great advice on my current concerns which was far beyond what I was receiving at my prior physicians.

I started seeing Dr. Kratzert years ago and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. I have since switched over to Dr. Quinn as I am expecting our first child, and again the experience has been excellent. The entire staff is very friendly and willing to help out with scheduling appointments, billing questions, etc.. I called the office right at closing one time and a triage nurse still called me back at 6:00 at night to answer my question.
