She's everything you want in a gynecologist. Knowledgeable, proactive, and as a bonus kind. The office staff was attentive and friendly. I'm glad I found them for my health-care needs.
Our NP Kristen was very kind. However her MA Karla was very rude and just about makes us want to transfer care. She hardly called my wife back then just stared at us and then in the room would hardly speak to us and had a very big attitude towards my wife. She gave no instruction and seemed as if she had an issue with my wife and I as a couple. We would prefer to not have Karla as an MA in the future. Kristen was amazing! I received my second Pap smear ever by her and she was so thorough and I felt she really cared and heard my needs. Excellent physician!
