I think Dr. Higgins is a caring, professional, intelligent, doctor. Always have her full attention and recall to my issues. 3 months ago I am waiting for my appointment with Dr. Kristen B. Higgin, and I arrive today at the appointment and they tell me that my appointment was canceled because the doctor is sick, but no one called me to report this situation , and now the next available date is in December, wait 7 months for an appointment, they have no priority, they couldn't open an appointment for this week or the next and I have to wait 4 months more. this really is a lack of respect with the patient.
