Dr Katzer is a great Dr to work with I really enjoyed my visit ,she is very well prepared and is a joy to work with
Krista is the best. She is so personable and friendly. She figures out how to tweak my hearing aids to give me the best outcome
She did an excellent job with the missing information that the referring office did not send. Apologized many times when it was not her fault.
Everyone here is so pleasant and nice to talk to and helpful!
Dr. Kratzer is well prepared to address all of my concerns and questions. She presented options for my personal situation and gave me all the time I required to feel well informed.
