Krissia did my balayage with no damage to my hair. I got the color/shade I wanted with a hair cut and the best blow out a girl could ask for! Love all the girls here especially Krissia!!! Perfect place to bring your family members of all ages
Cancelled on me 15 minutes before my appointment! On my birthday !!! She did offer to take me in later but if I make an appointment at a certain time, I expect the other person to honor that or at LEAST let me know earlier so I can see what to do. NOT PROFESSIONAL !
Off the bat, they’re all very welcoming but to my luck I went on a busy Saturday I guess because it just wasn’t it (I’m genuinely trying to justify this place). I had booked w/ Krissia but she worked with me less than 30 minutes out of the 4.5 hours I was there. I was going from one person to another, the color wasn’t what I wanted, & price wasn’t worth it.
