You need to stay away from this company. After closing, they dropped the ball about not getting my accounts paid at once. They left out two accounts. They did, however, quickly correct the problem. Also, more than a week has gone by and we still don’t have a full copy of the nearly 100 page mortgage docs sent to us.

The closing for our house was ok. The communication wasn't great, there were some typos (in my name) in the first versions of the documents that were shared and we only got an indication of our deposit $ amount on 5pm the day before our closing. The attorney we worked with (Liz) was very nice and knowledgeable she talked us through the process. Long story short, - 1 star for the process leading up to the closing - the attorney that helped us through the documents pulled our experience up to the 2 star review

My buyer client and I had a horrible experience with this title company. The assigned representative to our closing would never answer our calls. You could only get the person on the phone when you called her number numerous times, emailed her numerous times, or called in to the main office line to request to speak with a manager. We felt like during the whole process, we were in the dark and we were concerned if settlement would even happen.
