Donuts were awesome 😎 donut day was yummy and my husband added app too,
The customer service was excellent!!! *****And the new Lemon Donut was great*****
Went there last night at 830pm and they said they had no more original glazed doughnuts... I'm sorry but how do you run out of the doughnut that made you who you are ???? With 1hr30min still left of your opening and a whole kitchen to whip up a small batch to get you through the night. Please explain? Not to mention they only named like 8 doughnuts that they had available in the first place. When you order 6 plain, 3 traditional, & 3 Kreme filled and you get home and open a box of 10 plain and 1 Kreme filled & 1 Custard filled. And even better, they were cold! I guess it was more important for the staff to get their own personal boxes correct than the actual paying customers!
Staff were great at the VB Blvd location yesterday. We had four kids with us who wondered how many doughnuts they made in a day. None of the staff knew the answer so they just gave all the kids free doughnuts and drinks! Staff were all smiling and very pleasant!
This is the second time we have been here in about a month and the staff here is always so nice and pleasant. They all have a great attitude and seem to enjoy their work. I’m looking forward to coming here more in the future.
Glazed and chocolate glazed were awesome... but the cake and cinnamon cake dounut were awful taste like they were from last month or last year they were so dry I had to spit it out and throw it away
