Rare to get my favorite donuts available and last time I was there the cashier gave me a hard time and would not scan my rewards but the corporate office added my points later for me. Not happy

Went through the drive thru last night about 7:00pm. The lady on the speaker/window was very rude, had no personality, and got my order wrong. Never apologized, smiled, or said thank you during the entire interaction. Very poor service! The donuts were Amazing, as usual!!!!
It’s is such a treat to sneak in for a hot donut 🍩 when my son and I see the HOT light is on 😁
